Project Management

“Get the right people. Then no matter what all else you might do wrong after that, the people will save you. That’s what management is all about.” –  Tom DeMarco
The temporary nature of projects stands in contrast with business as usual. The daily operational processing are repetitive, permanent, or semi-permanent functional activities by which we produce products or services.

As projects are interim organisational structures, the primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals within the given constraints –  scope, time, quality and budget, and the fact that it requires skills not necessarily available at their disposal.

  • We can deliver experienced senior Programme- and Project Managers with high quality skills proven by previous tasks with good results.
  • will be able to adopt the overall purpose with the project and involve, inspire and engage resources in a project and, based on specialist knowledge, perform from the start.
  • have practical experience, we are accustomed to performing and, as a rule, we have an in-house possibility of adding a wide range of expertise as an add-on to the man on the job.
