What we are looking for:
2+ years of experience working with ITSM solutions in an enterprise environment
Excellent understanding of Web Services – (SOAP / REST API).
Experience working with databases and SQL query knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
Experience working with large global / multinational corporations.
Experience in writing automated system tests / unit testing.
Superior attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand complex business needs and adapt appropriately.
