INTRODUCTION

ServiceStack Technologies conducted an implementation project for it’s client who needed to migrate from another tool and adapt the ServiceNow ITSM processes.

We pioneered in ITSM implementation within 21 days instead of the standard implementation time of 4-6 months following the SAIF Methodology ensuring industry standards and best practices. All the stories were implemented within the timeframe of the new version in the market along with a configurable ServiceNow portal.

  • Integrations with workplace have helped the users look into their issue on the Custom Portal Home page keeping them more aware about the issue posted on the Workplace
  • Catalog Automation has helped the client upload hundreds of Cat Items in minutes reducing the Dev effort
